The aim of this proposal is to investigate the content of pesticides during winemaking processes of Feteasc\u0103 neagr\u0103 and Cabernet Sauvignon wines and from vineyard soils, by monitoring and proposing actions to reduce \/ these chemical compounds that could result from technological or anthropogenic sources.
